Clayton: Good gravy. I don't like Sundays. Katy: Monday on the horizon with its hollow, condescending school bells. Clayton: Unfinished homework taunts me all day. And I'll scramble to finish after dinner. Katy: While I spend all afternoon plotting my school-day course to avoid the perpetually stinky Lil' Johnny Donaghy. Clayton: I think he sorta likes you. Katy: What he lacks in good smell, he makes up in good taste. Clayton: I wish Sundays were more like Saturdays. Katy: Yeah, all the freedom with none of the dread. Clayton: Sigh. Katy: Sigh. Clayton: You don't know how good you got it, Nicky boy. Katy: After four, it gets sooo complicated.
The benefits of school aren’t appreciated until much later in life, unfortunately.
