Adam; I'm not joking, son. Turn down the music. Teenager; What if I don't? Adam; I'll have to take it to the next level. Teenager; And what would that be? Prune juice drinking contest? Adam; Nope. It's just me whipping out my phone. Teenager; And calling "matlock"? Adam; And taking pictures of you and your license plate. Teenager; Gotta go, Eisenhower.

The more interesting question is: The kid knows who Matlock is? They don’t teach that one in school.

Funny how kids (like him) don’t know who the 34th president was from 1953 to 1961 in High School, but then remembers him when meeting grown-ups like Adam.

Does this kid spend most of his time watching tv with his grandparents? For someone young, he’s familiar with waaay too many old references.

For me the BOOM Cars have a big impact on my life because they disturb the peace and quiet of my home every single day. If I go out with my camera to take a photo the drivers can’t drive away they are stuck in traffic and they won’t turn it down just for a few moments. I do suffer from the noise at it hurts my ears. It is so loud the windows sometimes shake. I am angry about their indifference. There is nothing I can do.

Even I don’t know that reference, and I am, er, old enough to know.
