Katy: Sigh. Why does it have to be so grey and cold all the time? Adam: It's just that time of the year. Katy: You know we don't have to live here, right? We could live on a beach...somewhere sunny. Adam: Nah. Dealing with the elements is good for you. Builds character. Katy: Character shmaracter. Even birds know to fly south in the winter. Can I be a bird when I grow up? Adam: You'd better ask your mom first.
Moved to the west coast of Florida five years ago. Best thing I ever did. 3 seasons a year. We have a cure for the summer heat (which is not that hot) it’s’ called ac. Last years “northern weather” was a horror story. Glad I missed it.
