Clayton: And your healthy solution is more trips to the food closet? Adam: It's a reward system. Clayton: It's a flawed plan. Adam: What about the fridge? It's four steps farther. Clayton: Now you're talkin'. No pain, no gain. Pops.
Go outside, take a walk, briskly walking for about an hour should do.
