Huh?
Parenting double talk?
This is a nice Father/Son moment. My Dad never told me to use him as a cautionary example for how not to live my life…I had to figure it out for myself
Sometimes it skips a generation (like baldness…)
That explains a lot
Sounds a lot like our elected officials. They stump they will take the responsibility (a) to use our tax monies wisely – then once elected, spend it on pet projects for their or their party’s large financial contributors; (b) protect our “social security” and “health care” – then turn around and spend it on those who have never contributed to the fund, and have no intent in contributing, and are otherwise ineligible to benefit; © to promote science and education, then divert the funding to other pet projects that do the opposite (see a and b).
So, why should the average kid learn to take on responsibility sincerely. Who’s going to be the shining example.
Sounds like my family
