Grandma doesn’t dampen Agnes’ creativity, she calmly accepts Agnes’ flights of eccentricity while making sure she does her homework, cleans her room, goes to church, and doesn’t somehow launch herself into the stratosphere by mistake. I can’t tell if she’s smiling, but that to me is loving this little girl. Should I send one of the dogs over? ;-)

No worries on the tasty food Trout — tastiest thing in Agnes’ home has been dry toast for donkeys-years.
