Hope they all ended up being gutter balls, so to speak.

As a former bowler, I don;t even think you can get 18-pound balls. Think the heaviest they come in is 16-pound. I’m fairly small, so I use the same 14-pound ball I’ve had since I turned fifteen. But those metalflake ones are certainly eye-catching.

I see Agnes has expanded her dumpster diving from the used carpet store to the Christian bookstore. Always good to broaden one’s horizons.

Imagine being in the path of the escapees.

When I was young, we lived in a section of town where university students rented. This was back in the 70s, and things were different…even non-students…when they moved out would just throw away the most wonderful things! Lamps! Book cases! Chairs! Photo albums! Decor items, kitchen supplies! My friends and happily dumpster dived there for a good couple of years! No bowling balls, though.

Literally trying to make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear metaphorically. Keep trying Agnes, don’t ever quit.
