Any chance one of Trout’s “uncles” could provide some help? Naw.
When I was a kid, the local drugstore was awash with kite kits. It took me about an hour to get it together and find string….then I go outside to fly it and it immediately got stuck in a tree. Yes, over and over. I’m a slow learner.
Aw, Agnes, where’s your sense of adventure?
Well, at one time there wasn’t so much TV to watch and kites were a big deal!
We used to fly them using a fishing rod and reel. Got some great altitudes.
