I’m guessing those poor, deprived little…um…rural girls have never even encountered an actual nacho; she’s probably actually thinking of Doritos covered with melted orange plastic (sorry, Trout, but if the “cheese” comes from a pump, you’re not even close to nachos).
After apparently taking a principled stand because she believes her rights are being violated (of course, they’re not), we see that she’s actually defensive because she realizes that Agnes knows her very, very well.
