I pretend to take notes, I doodle, make snarky little comics of what is coursing through my mind, and when asked an opinion, I always said “we need to get more organized r this will go on for hours, and frankly, I have another meeting to get to so I will leave you now.” I’d head back to my desk, don my coat and scoot out the door to visit one of my construction sites, that didn’t expect to see me.
Some say that if you write what you think of what is said you can listen and write at the same time. Or you can take notes in text speak, kinda like shorthand,
