Maybe a change in diet? At least drink more water. 12 – 16 cups per day. Reduce meat and salt. Increase citrus, calcium and vitamin D. Avoid cola drinks and anything that will dehydrate you like alcohol and caffeine. But I’m just an MD, what do I know.
