Would you give it a freakin’ rest already?! There is absolutely nothing in the Terms and Condition that explicitly or implicitly states that all comments must be relevant to the comic. I dare you to provide proof of such. If you can’t, then can it and go away and leave these folks alone. Well done to Ron for getting the trailer before anybody else.

It was a lucky coincidence. We got paneling on upstairs today, bought some trim materials too !I am beat and so will be lying laid down before long.

BTW, that person is still around using a different name and the posts I saw today are nice and friendly. Be careful greeting someone new. They were at Big Nate. You should be able to figure it out. Could even be using more than one new name.

You really don’t like these people here, do you? Other ,many other, comic strips are just like this one, yet you have singled out these nice people. Get a life.

What trolls want to do is to create a reaction – negative ones are perfectly fine, with them – just so long as they are recognized. Not that Andrea gives a rat’s pattootee about what I think or what I do, I am going to make her invisible. She no longer exists. She is a cipher !I will no longer admit to her existence nor rise to her bait. Let her flag to her hearts content. She will be ignored by me and ( I am suggesting to the regulars ) by everyone else, as we enjoy our conversations and comments ( relevant or not ) on this strip.

There’s a difference between minimalist art and downright lazy art. There’s never anything to LOOK at in these modern Andy Capp strips (would it have killed them to put a painting on the wall or a lamp in the background?) And the punch lines so frequently come out of Central Casting (and I mean Central Casting of Washed-up Vaudeville……….) At least they could put a little flavor in the dialogue, instead of having everyone speaking as if they live in a small town in Mid-America.

I hate to admit that I didn’t really notice the blue walls so much as the BARE walls. There’s just never any detail in the art in here. Characters have only a few expressions, only a few gestures. I know we can’t have “Prince Valiant” level art in here, yet so many other comics have so much better art. I read Andy every day because I’ve read him all my life. And I keep hoping that you CAN go home again……..

Andy’s actually fond of Florrie’s Mum; She can actually make Fish ‘n’ Chips sans this ‘blackened’ craze. So probably trying to feign Mum into making Him Spotted Dick. . . . that same “old” baiting deployment works on Flo as-well:

I know I haven’t posted a classic in a very long time. I stopped doing it because there were a lot more people posting them so I decided to back off. I might still post them every now and again but not all the time like I used to.

Hey!! That’s MY soap your using! Isn’t there some other brand you can use?? Hmm; maybe not . It’s pure soap, & probably good for pottymouths. I’m using extra these days with the ungodly heat we’re suffering here in Oregon & the rest of the west. And the humidity doesn’t help either. I would rather be back in Nevada: heat, but low humidity!!!

There has been a long history (not always successful, mind you) of British tv shows being remade for American audiences. Perhaps they should turn the tables and do a British version of Gilligan’s Island with Benedict Cumberbatch as Gilligan, Robbie Coltrane as the Skipper, and Rowan Atkinson as Mr. Howell. (Don’t know who would play the other castaways.)^^I think Tony Robinson would make a better Gilligan, yeah, he’s a bit old , but, he plays “clueless” SO well (Despite actually being a very intelligent man).
