there’s no escaping Bob

The movement might involve the Gents.

Andy can’t escape Guitar Bob. He frequently plays at the bar Andy goes to and then Flo talks him to a concert and there is Guitar Bob. Andy needs to complain to Jack for starters. If he is that bad other customers will chime in. If GB is good in the other patrons minds, then Andy will have to go somewhere else or put up with it.

Bob’s only there to get rid of Andy.

Was Bob playing “While my guitar gently weeps” – without the “gently” bit?! :D

followed Andy back from holiday?

Good job, Bob. Now the pub clientele can enjoy their evening without the mooch.

Seeing where Andy’s going, I guess you could say Bob’s playing is “riveting”..

Hmm . . . I thought Bob was on tour Cappers.

Had dinner out a few weeks ago with my wife and step-daughter. We were… um, entertained isn’t quite the word… by a guy who turned every song into an atonal funeral dirge. We were trying to remember the melodies of some of them, ‘cause we weren’t hearing them.

No, no! You’ve got it all wrong! Andy’s leaving because Guitar Bob keeps kicking over the drinks!
