Does the “Inspector” get movie rights, or book rights? For the telling of his story and relationship with Andy might be worth something to someone.

I hope everyone understands the reference to “Inspector Clouseau”, Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau in the Pink Panther films 1963 -, Dr Strangelove 1964, The Party 1968. Although the humour has not travelled those 55 years all that well, Peter was an ace, among the best.

Coulda been worse. Andy could’ve called him “Madman Dreyfus”!

I take it that public intoxication is illegal in England? Here in the States, as long as he’s not causing trouble, he’s usually ignored.

If the police don’t remove the drunks from the street then who will?

Oh yes. Our wonderful “stretched to the limit” NHS.
