    MC, judge, bouncer, whoever might want to rethink that and do some frisking.

    I’m not a card player. But I see a problem with this type of cheating. How do you know which deck of cards to stuff up your sleeve or someplace? Different decks have different backings. And would be real easy to spot when in play if you cheating card is from a different deck. And I believe the idea of cheating is to not get caught at cheating.

    So much for the vaunted British concept of “fair play”, eh, Andrew?

    It’s only fair when everyone is cheating.

    Not obvious at all, reaching behind your head. I always wondered what happens when one of the others has the ace of spades in his hand!

    The only card game I play is Spider Solitaire on my laptop which is not very often. I always forget about it.

    My Auntie taught me how to play.

    @Afficionado

    My day was pretty good but unfortunately my area has some restrictions in place because we’ve had a high number of COVID cases recently.

    People can’t socialise with others from another household so that means I can’t meet up with my friend (supposed to be meeting on Monday)

    Everything is still open but you either have to go on your own or with people from your own household.

    I hate this. But I’m happy we are not on full lockdown………yet.

    Stay safe, stay well and enjoy your favourite nosh, pal. I’m so glad Connie is OK.

    Very sneaky, Andy. Wonder if he could get away with that in Las Vegas.

    The only way to keep Andy from cheating at cards would be to make him play in the nude (without even his cap), but it would be hard to get anyone to come to the table with him.
