@Linguist Today’s strip IS funny our HERO Mr Andrew Capp’s scam can’t work with Jack the barman , he knows Andy too well to be tricked so no cash no beer :o) , my avatar is a spoof of a pilot and his co-pilot looking back to ogle the stewardesses and and not seeing a small aircraft going to crash into their cockpit , you and I would never do that , would we :oP come avete passato il vostro Sabato mio meno vecchio amicho? our day should be fairly busy but calm I hope ,my first mate is in good mood ,we have no errands to run and not expecting any visits, keep safe and a bientot pal

First paying job I ever got paid 50 cents a day for 12 hours work. Was eleven then. Pulling logs out of the swamp for lumber with two mules in the winter time. Hard work. Back when boys were men. Now men act like boys. I am so thankful for the parents I had.

I wish I could think that fast. I have great answers after the fact. I’d be a Jeopardy champion if it wasn’t a timed competition.
