Hey, Cappers. I may be first this time but might not be featured. Unlike yesterday when it was the opposite. I don’t begrudge anybody else having the spotlight.

I am curious. How long have you all been a member of GoComics? It used to tell you the exact date on your profile but not anymore.

I became a member on 13th October, 2010 while I was still at school! So GC has been a major part of my life for over a decade. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Just sayin’, but if the doctor prescribed more vegetables, would Andy ask Jack for a tequila for tequila is a root and roots are also vegetables?

@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , our HERO Mr Andrew Capp’s visits to the doctor’s must be so he can continue getting the dole, drinking Pear or Apple Cider instead of beer is six of one or half a dozen of the other :o) anyway in my younger drinking days I have drunk stronger Ciders than English Ales , my avatar is a photo of a kid getting into awkward position , like Typhoon Timmy used to get into :o) how was your day ,our Thursday should be busy as usual but at least I am much better now and I left you a note about your kind advice about Orange juice , but it is acidic and I was having acid reflux ,it’s nor raining and we are both in a good mood now , keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady

I had a couple of pints of scrumpy cider in Cornwall, whoa, didn’t know where I was for a while!

Haven’t heard of pear cider before. Although I’ve had apple jack. I wonder if they taste the same?

Hmmm. Pear cider. Now how did I never think of that as a thing? I’ve only just thought of apple cider. I’m sure Andy’s getting a hard cider, but I wouldn’t mind trying some regular pear cider.

Pear cider? Yech… Is there really such a thing??

Pear brandy is a liquor distilled from pears, and is sometimes called eau de vie de poire. I have two bottles on the shelf from Hungary.

Andy may want to consider something more in his wallet’s price range like Cocobon Red Blend. It doesn’t come much cheaper.

All forms of alcoholic beverages are made from healthy natural ingredients such as fruits and vegetables. So drink up.

I hope the Doc has a goodly amount of patience with Andy.

Now if the Doc included vegetables Andy could’ve stayed with the beer. Even a red beer so he has fruits and vegetables.

Fun fact for today: pear cider is called “perry.”

I absolutely love fruity drinks. Whether it’s orange, apple, blackcurrant etc and I love tomato juice as well. Delicious when chilled.

Yes, Tomato is a fruit.

I saw your reply. I hope you are feeling better and had a better night’s sleep.

As I mentioned above, I love fruity drinks. Not the alcoholic kind like our Hero is buying.

I am lactose intolerent and I never knew about it until I drank a carton of milk and had to rush to the loo. However I still eat dairy foods and just deal with the after effects. I have just finished a bag of Tangy Cheese Dorito crisps as we speak!

Until I read today’s comic, I never knew there was such a thing as pear cider. You learn something new every day.
