@Linguist Today’s strip IS funny Flo is again taking the mickey of her hubby our HERO Mr Andrew Capp just by covering his honker it would take ages for the rest of his body to catch up ;o) come avete passato il vostro Sabato mio meno vecchio Amicho , our Saturday could go under the listing of Murphy’s law first I went to buy 2 cases of 2 and 1/2 litres of bottled water 6 bottles each and when I was gasping for a cuppa tea the bottled gas cylinder ran out , but that’s life we are now both in a good mood so we should cope I hope even with the infernal heatwave’ keep safe and a biento t pal

I don’t know if that is what is Ale-ing Andy. Plant him in the sun, and he might ferment a tan or something, eventually. Or he might get a sunburn and become hopping mad and bitter about the vacation.

Andy does do a good Rudolph imitation, but he might want to think of skin cancer.

On the other hand he’s been in the African desert in WWII so I guess he is immune!

Flo has the umbrella but she is throwing shade!

What beach is that? There in the UK close to home. Beaches there are stones, rocks and pebbles.

Okay Andy, a whole case of ale and you didn’t even invite me?!? And I thought we were friends ;-(

Andy only brought six bottles of ale, so that will be a quick spot of sunbathing.

Now there’s something sunscreen won’t help.

I suppose these masks have their uses. (Prevent frostbite in winter too.)

If we took a case of beer bottles to the beach (here in parts of the U.S.), it would be confiscated.
