As you can see from my avatar I play Santa Claus at work but my favorite place to play Santa is at the local hospital. Thanks to the pandemic I was not allowed in last year and with the recent surge looks like this year will be the same but they did allow me to walk around the exterior of the building and the doctors and nurses brought the patients to the windows so they could wave to me and I waved back. Their smiles are infectious. No pun intended.

Today’s entitled brats would drive the REAL Santa nuts!!

Unfortunately, thanks to the Covid-19 and now Omicron, there aren’t many places where kids can go and sit on Santa’s lap.

The alcohol you smell on Santa nowadays, is the disinfectant kind.

I thought Ollie was the fat one. BTW… love what Jack has done with the Rose and Crown for Christmas. No kidding.

I never really gave it much thought, but I suppose listening to the little imps wishes all day would drive a person to drink.

You only ever get a few Christmasses in your life. Even if you live to be 110! (And even then, .you won’t remember the first few and you’re not likely to remember the last few……….) So you must always do whatsoever you can to make each and every Christmas the best one this side of the one in the manger. If I don’t see any of the Cappers before Christmas, let me wish you all a very merry Christmas, indeed

I saw a photo of Brad Pitt yesterday and I thought “Wow. Very nice” Haha.

I have now recovered after the side effects of the Moderna booster I had. First I started shivering just when I had climbed into bed, I definitely wasn’t cold so knew something was up with me. It was the fever that kept me up all night though.

I forgot to say that my guy friend from school bought me some flowers for my birthday but they arrived a day late. It wasn’t a surprise, I knew he was getting them for me because I told him I loved yellow and purple flowers. 10 Likes on this comment before turnover and I will let you all see.

Tomorrow I am meeting up with another friend of mine. Can’t wait.
