Some poor mother is wondering where in heck are her little one’s clothes.

nothing like doing a good job Andy…and that was nothing like. good job!

I’d like to see the kid running around in Andy’s or Flo’s clothes right now.

He did the laundry, now where’s his beer money?

I do believe it’s the first time in over 50 years where Andy actually did something resembling work.

Just use the laundry money to buy beer!

Kinda sly on Andy’s part, and it’s a common ploy of husband. Mess it up and they’ll never ask you to do it again.

Wait he did laundry with money?? Stop and think where has that money gone? Beer !!

Perhaps there is an unspoken stipulation that Andy has to do the laundry correctly or there is no beer money. So, Flo should keep sending Andy to do the laundry, even if he deliberately messes up. Hopefully, Andy will come to realize that deliberately botching the job is only delaying his beer money. As the old football adage goes “Keep running that play until you get it right.”

Boy, does Andy look unhappy in the first panel. the things he does for beer money. Somehow it seems more appropriate that Flo and Andy take their clothes to the laundromat rather than have a washer and dryer at home.

Reminds me of a heavy drinker I once worked with who got sued for stealing another man’s clothes from the laundromat. He took them because he was drunk.

I hope she stipulated that he has to do the laundry correctly or there’s no beer money.
