Well – the first question (how he ended up in the canal) is certainly answered

Notice that it’s often broad daylight when the useless bum gets into trouble. What pub opens before 5:00 PM?

Last time I put skates on was Christmas Day last year. Ice, not roller. I didn’t end up in the canal, but I fell through the ice into three foot deep water at the lake across the street.

From where.. not where from. You’re in England for gosh sake.

Roller skates are useless, you can’t use them in a buffalo herd.

So Andy Zoomed by the Coppers. What law did he break? Drunk driving? Drunk skating? Reckless rolling? Break neck speeding? “Childish” endangerment (his own)?

Not the first time Andy has worn roller skates. He once chased after Flo on skates during one of their many squabbles in a classic strip. Flo didn’t think that was fair.
