Just a little tyrannical

And Mr Bluebird who watches you to see if you are naughty or nice ?

In the army it’s not the captain, not the sergeants, who run things. It’s the low ranked clerk typists. If you don’t believe this, you were never a 2nd Lieutenant in an army company.
