Arlo says, "What makes you think I don't deserve the same trust you do?" Janis turns away, folds her arms across her chest and looks sheepish, thinking, "Nothing!"
Probably because she was ready to have an affair once on him and she would do it again. Now she worries that Arlo might realize he is too good for her and leave.
