Gene says, "My parents are ok with this restaurant gig, but they worry!" Gene says, "They're afraid I'll be a fry cook the rest of my life!" Gene says, "But dad always rants aobut the 'unsustainable' economy we have!" Gene says, "I figure the thing people will always need is food!"
One might have said, at one time, “true”. Now— in the pandemic— one can say “True— but people don’t need to eat IN RESTAURANTS”… They used to “get slammed” on holidays. Now they “ARE slammed”, by the pandemic…
