The listening isn’t the issue here. It’s Janis’s wanting to BUY a puppy. This is 2013! Hasn’t she heard of adopting a neglected, full-grown and spayed/neutered dog?? Why does everyone want to start from scratch with something that’s going to tear your house apart because it won’t know any better? Adopt, Janis.

Um, kids… we’re losing the point here. Some sofa partners only deserve an ‘umph’ in response. Her puppiness doesn’t break his squelch setting. BTDT. paid for it.

Janis didn’t say she wants to buy a puppy, just that they are adorable. I admire cute kids and animals all the time without thinking I want to get one of my own.
