If he walked with her, he wouldn’t have to miss her or worry about her.

I thought the traveling theater gig was just for spring break. That would mean he had to be back for classes same as Luann and Bernice.

Just the opposite here. I make him coffee and he makes me dinner. Been that way for 39 years, his second, my third. If we’d both been our first, we would be married 54 years this year. He’s an excellent cook, btw, and I hate to cook. Works well, I do the clean up.

…and I take a pic of it on the way out the door.

Great idea. A person still needs to form the habit, though. If I could remember to take the pic, I could remember to pick up the note that the white board replaced..

As a reader since 1995, first as a fan, and then as a….Really? That long? Maybe if you had not become a “wearily disgusted critic, and now as a snarker,” you would have noticed when it was explained in the strip that Toni and her brother lost their parents in a car accident when they were young and were raised by an aunt. And I’ve only been reading since I retired in 1999.

I think most of us are like that, at least sometimes, but usually don’t care to admit it.

#1: “2 Bergers With Beef…In A Pickle”That one made me chuckle!#2: “Constants And Variables”Tough to choose #2, too many good ones.

Was this 1985? If so it was Brian Martin Mulroney, I think. If it was before that, ya’ got me…

Looking back to Monday’s strip, it’s a hedge.

And Janis seems amused by her apt statement. Now tell her to cut back that bush, or is it the corner of a hedge? Looks like it needs trimmed anyway.
