Typically, men don’t care because mature men are attractive to women. I’m over 60 and get hit on more than I did when I was in my twenties.

Women have buttons?

Ladies complain about looking old but then they cut their hair short or style it to "look their age. Go look at how young ladies hair is cut and then older ladies. (except models and hollywood types).

Arlo is being a jerk these last couple of days. :/

Arlo is trying to lure Janis into wearing sexier clothes like younger women, but when she rejects that—presumably because she has no interest in being a sexy young woman—he tries to the opposite tack. He doesn’t say her hair makes her look older—he says “What if I told you…” This works because it reveals that she really doesn’t want to appear older and unattractive. He’s trying reverse psychology to coax her into thinking of herself as not too old to be attractive. Of course if she understands what the “test” was about she could just be peeved and refuse to change anything.

I’m really sick of Janis being such a twit. I thought she was smart and funny, but lately she’s just an insecure idiot.

Hypothetical questions and a woman’s age are two things you do not want to mix Arlo.

Arlo was tying to get Janis to wear the “younger” short-shorts. It failed. So, he tried reverse psychology… and failed. Now, he should have known better… but now he is going to have to live through Janis obsessing about a new hair style. Poor Arlo.

Well. she knows you can make your hair into pretty much anything you want. But I think most woman have some serious (and somewhat realistic) doubts about the state of their upper thighs. Janis may have taut, youthful thighs, but he’s not going to overcome her doubts. .(I don’t care much about short shorts. I do, though, like not too long, wide leg shorts. They suggest that you could just reach right up in there and…. )

Women in their 40’s and older should not try to look like a 20 year old. They just look pathetic and creepy. There is nothing wrong with looking your age.
