I went to a formal wedding in July. Seven course dinner. I took pictures of my table so I’ll always have a record. Sadly, you won’t see that table setting in our kitchen any time soon.

The rule for cutlery (usually plastic) at church potlucks is: save the fork to use when they serve the desserts, aka “The Hereafter.”

Well in Europe they cut with the right an fork in with the left, drink with the left spoon with the right and use the napkin with both. Then give a loud belch to express their satisfaction with meal.
