Buy a house and spend 30 years getting the house in shape to sell to some other poor soul.
Like I said, build a “tiny house”. They can be built in a very short time, and you can move right in. Arlo wasn’t going to build a house himself was he?

Making the place look nicer won’t increase the appraised value a buyer’s bank will look at. It MAY make is sell faster though…

When I saw it again without dirt, I decided it was too nice to sell and kept it.
