He will be nearly 100% successful. If it’s like last year, he will go almost the whole year before equaling last year, making it “less” than last year for almost the whole year.
I have never uttered a swear word…my favorite nun growing up told me people who curse have not developed a vocabulary and are forced to express themselves in that manner….I had great fun in the Navy….they called me The Rev….when they cursed me my response was oh yeah well coitus you too
Herewith my usual lecture: to swear is to take an oath on God’s name; that’s wrong if it’s in a trivial matter [i.e. “I swear I only ate one donut.” It’s a good thing if you swear to “tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God”]. To curse is to condemn someone or something to hell. Again, that’s wrong if it’s in a frivolous manner [i.e. “God damn Yankees”]. It’s legitimate if you seriously intend to ask God to destroy a person in hell. To use profanity, which is what is most often happens, is to use profane [i.e. ‘of the earth; earthy’] language. It’s crude, but not ‘sinful.’ Profanity includes descriptive words or phrases for many body functions. There is nothing sinful about profanity [unless you’re an English Major and know better!]. I find it ironic that society most often ‘bleeps’ profanities, and doesn’t blink an eye [or ‘give a s—-’!] about cursing and swearing.

I’m very careful with my language; particularly around women and children, except when I’m alone and addressing my computer.

Isn’t the underlying message that the world would be a better place if software developers did not use the general public as their test base?
