Reminds me of my Grandson quite a few years back now. They live in Seattle. My sons wife wanted to try having “City Chickens.” They began hatching eggs as soon as they were grown. They had a wide variety of hens, so the eggs varied in color and size. My grandson being the young entrepreneur that he was (and still is) he, like Meg, saw a market for the eggs. He would sell them to the neighbors by delivering to their door. He got so busy he built a stand in front of their house and sold them from there. As far as I know they still have some chickens, but my Grandson is off to College this year. I’m pretty sure his major will be in business, marketing and sales. Not a surprise…
