Early on I thought Mary Lou was going to be the daughter Janis was waiting for, but that’s not how this conversation is starting.

Do nothing you are not sure will you will regret — including waiting too long.

(Complicated, isn’t it?)

“Let me explain. … No, there is too much. Let me sum up.”

I haven’t heard Janis and Arlo state any reasons for staying, though they have mentioned several advantages to moving.

But in case you want to start talking I’m all ears.

The problem with life changing decisions is….they’ll change your life.

A move like this is a large upheaval and if someone decides, “This was a mistake!” It is expensive and perhaps impossible to undo. So a lot of thought should go into that kind of life decision.

Don’t they have any close Friends that they would miss? Church ? Clubs?

I get it, but I am so tired of Marylou pushing, pushing, pushing. Back off lady and let them decide. She has always been pushy. Maybe because of Gus, I suppose she has to be, but it just…!

And there you go. For all the, “Janis is the one pushing for the move”, people, she makes it clear she’s still on one side of the fence, not on it.

Mary Lou, please shut up about the move. You are starting to come off REALLY annoying.

This will all end when they find out that the condo association rules don’t allow cats. ;-)

Death, public speaking , and moving are 3 great fears in life.

4 hours away is close enough for us. The grandchildren (most of them-12) would not know what to do if their favorite relative was around more. This weekend they also get to have a share of MY rhubarb pie.

They’ll move when you get pregnant.
