I hate artificially precise conversions. Obviously someone somewhere read that tigers can eat “40 kg” of meat and converted that to pounds. But the thing is, that “40” is obviously an approximation (and should probably be more accurately read as “somewhere between 35 and 45”) so to keep the same spirit of approximation the conversion should be “90 pounds”. Yes, I’m an engineer, why do you ask?
