Being on a treadmill for an hour is really good. Next week I think i'll start walking.
While recovering i got a treadmill,my first time, i only could get up on it and my legs were soo big i had trouble walking[the thing was not wide enough]. I now have an x-trainer and can walk for 15-20 mins.130lbs;from,235lbs. :) Peace.
