Managing money is tough. You have to make decisions like: do I trade in my private jet for a more efficient model? Do I vacation at an exotic ski resort or my private island? Which yacht should I take out next Saturday?
A couple of billion dollars just doesn’t go as far as it used to.
I give myself an allowance and I use that to buy what I want. If I want something that’s more than my allowance, I save it until I have enough. And I’m in my 50’s. I started doing that when my life changed 20 years ago (divorce).

I save and I spend as much as I can. There’s no in between. The trick is not to spend what I’m saving. I’m pretty tricky.
