Must be something wrong with me. I always felt that I had to get up and go to work if I wanted to keep my job. Never argued with myself about it.Retired now.

Ooooh! Yeah! It’s time to get up! Time for another fun-filled day of retirement! (But ya gotta plan ahead, so you can fit in the things you had to delay before you had all week or all month to enjoy them!)

Denial that the alarm clock is ringing.

Anger that he alarm clock is ringing.

Bargaining with the alarm clock to stop ringing.

Depression of the alarm clock into pieces.

Acceptance of the warm embrace of your bed.

I wake up, hating the world and everything in it……after about 30 minutes, I am OK!!!!

Alarm clocks used to have short life spans. Now they come attached to expensive phones.

It’s still early and I’m still at bargaining right now. It’s wet and very windy this morning blah !

Never have time for all of this when waking up: loo first. Pronto! :-(((

The best part of waking up…

I’ve through all those stages. I’m awake. Now what?

At least I don’t have to go to work anymore after I go through all those stages. Yea for retirement.

oh man…true dat! (a cuppa joe does kinda help tho…if you can get up and make it, that is!)

I don’t reach acceptance until I’ve had my first mug of coffee.
