Children need consistency! How is she going to learn anything if we're not consistent? We're consistent about inconsistency.

Assuming she is eating what you are, get more than you want on your plate. Get Zoe a plate of her own and let her see you take some of your food and put it on her plate. It may help her feel she is not being left out, that she has the same thing that you do. Just a thought.
