what do you Baby Blues readers do when it’s raining outside in order to entertain yourselves?

A natural mistake — for Hammie.

I spend rainy days building forts out of pillows, blankets and couch cushions (indoors!).

When my folks and I were on a long trip before I moved, I was staying at a cousin’s house. Always kids around, and they had a room set aside as a playroom. I helped the littlies make a fort out of sheets :) So much fun!

Feel great because the rain finally ends my si us headache!

Since Zoe’s so darn smart, she should have known that. If I were Wanda, I’d just leave them out there. Replacement pillows come out of Zoe’s lemonade stand money so she can kiss her scooter goodbye, goodbye, goooddbbyyeee.

Reminds me of a little girl sitting in her seat, belt across her lap, on a long flight. Mom and I placed a blanket over the seat back and stretched it over the seat in front. I don’t know what her imagination brought to the moment, but it helped pass the time… many years ago.

In California us old people have to explain what this “rain” thing is.

Read a book, play on the computer, talk to my hubby, catch up on recorded TV shows, if I’m desperate, do a little housework!

The devil is in the details, leave out the requisite details and the little devils will do it their way.

And the moral here is: Always listen to the oldest child.

Here in Oregon it rains alot. I love the rain. But doggo doesn’t, so lots of time spent teaching her new tricks. She knows ALOT of tricks! lol

In all fairness Wanda you weren’t specific. By now you should know that being specific is a requirement with those three.

Opening the door for my cat so she can see that yes, it is still raining. I think she holds me personally responsible.
