Boy, talk about ADD for Hammie. But then Darryl didn’t clearly tell Hammie to stay at the controller until they were done adjusting teh sprinkler head.
Had a stepdaughter. Her mom said to fix her some chicken soup.
And, oh, yeah, she plunked a can of condensed chicken noodle soup in the soup pot … no can of water added – turned the oven burner up full – and proceeded to plop her butt down in front of the TV – paying NO attention whatsoever. …
I caught it in time, and fixed the sitch, but it was one of those things that constantly happened then. The monster step kid and her monster mom paid no mind. They never cared about such stuff.
I am happily divorced for quite some time now – and they are gone from me – and I could not be happier.

As much as colosseum lions helped Christians, the church helped Galileo, or the Spanish Inquisition helped the age of reason

If there’s a stop button, he could have pressed that and gone to work.

Darryl, you forgot to mention that Hammie needed to stay there until after you said stop. The devil is in the details Darryl.

Not that it would have made a difference, but this “Go” button was red – Usually the “Go” or “Start” button is green and the “Stop” button is red.
