Baldo: Look what I found in the garage! Dad: My old music speakers! Baldo: Wow... those are huge! Baldo: My Dad used to be a roadie for stadium rock shows.
When I was in college, there was a guy on my floor who had theater speakers in his room. If he had ever cranked them up full blast, he probably could have blown out a wall. They were huge (barely fit through the door).
They look about the size of my old Sansui speakers, ‘imported’ from Olongapo Philippines. They were so heavy it was a chore to hold one for very long. They sounded great back then and for many many many years later. Thanks for the memories Papi…..

The speakers I’m listening to right now are much bigger than those! Took two people to get them into my apartment. They sound awesome.

I still have my old stereo speakers. They’re sitting next to my old turntable and a box of old vinyl.

Heresy’s were small with lots of quality sound. I have my old AR speakers still.

I knew big speakers were gone when I heard a pair of Bose 901s powered by an 800 watt McIntosh amp.
