Carmen’s computer must not have automatic spell check.

Well now we know who provided the title for the first of their quotes series a short time ago. I noticed that right after the comments on the mistake showed here it was fixed. Though if they have a real lead time for print version it might just had been caught in the normal process of things.

This, just a few days after watching eight brilliant kids breaking the National Spelling Bee.

I think that Hector and Carlos are having some fun with the typo they committed a while back!

I am a horrible speller! When I was in school, they taught “sight reading” rather than “phonics”.

Because I learned other languages phonetically, I am a much better speller in Spanish or French, for example, than in English.

I can edit someone else’s spelling but ironically. I still have mental blocks when it comes to spelling in English.

My hubby loves spell check as now he doesn’t have to ask me how to spell everything LOL

Sometimes the dictionary spells things a different way that I do.
