With a beard that small, Baldo could easily pass for Shaggy from Scooby-Doo.

He could always try a straight razor. From what I’ve heard there’s nothing comparable to a shave from a straight razor. The only problem is that they’re sort of tricky to use and if you don’t hold it right and use it right, you’ll cut your face to ribbons.

i’m not a teenager and my beard isn’t working very well, either…

Even the old safety razor from the 1950’s and earlier could easily result in substantial damage to the face. Get Light, Regular or Heavy!

Boys have greatly changed since I went to HS back in the 60s. No one shaved back then. Everyone except me in my basic training Squadron was a college grad and half of them did not yet shave. Now? HS boys are growing beards.

Put a new set of blades in it, oil it a little and you’re good. My grandson is using a 40 year old Norelco I got from my late father-in-law. We replace the blades every 5 years or so.
