Walking back to the salon….I pass right by Billy-Bob and Hilary’s house…

(No, of course his name isn’t really Billy-Bob… it’s Gary…But he wants us to call him Billy-Bob now that he’s a cowboy. LOL )

But I wonder…. why is there only riding for one hour a day?And is that just for him, or for everybody?Is it his rule….or did Hilary finally put her foot down?She was really patient with his Captain America phase….and his tight rope walking…But I think she got fed up with his snake charming days…especially after that incident with the boa…I mean, it was harmless and all… but still….

Anyway…. the horse is still out on the rail…and there’s a full moon…what if I…. I mean… just for a moment…. Nah…. better not….

He REALLY morns the loss of them ride’em mechanical horses that use to sit in front of shopping stores. (You seen the commercial for Kia where the NBA player is sitting on one)But she is happy at all the quarters she saves now.She is just upset she has to street clean behind him after he finishes his ride. He is all about the realism.

10am and time for her to mosey on over to the neighbor’s for a cup of coffee and a chat (or a good laugh).

Each time Billy Bob (Gary) comes up with a new obsession, Hilary needs to post signs all over the house with new rules to follow…

And don’t forget after a good ride we all have to “HUNKER DOWN” for a good coffee. (Ever squat down on spurs?)

I spent much of this morning looking for a photo of youngest son on his bouncy horse in front of a desert scape I had painted on the wall in another home. Found many old ones that I want to scan (including may from his wedding). There were some with my X and my lover as well as of me swimming at his house with his X and her mother there too. For a short time we had to keep the kids happy with all that (until they were old enough to understand better). There are a few in his family that still . . . (his sister and her daughter still DIG when they get a chance).

Almost 9 – time for more apple/cinnamon tea and off to bed!

I brought you some just-made yak noodle soup with lots of Monkey-approved vegetables….no puffy green things, I promise!Some banana pudding..and a glass of Monkey Cola cos it always makes you feel better…I didn’t think you’d care about red Jello….so I gave you a pile of bananas instead…. and some other fruit.

And a couple of chocolate banana cupcakes…just cos I know they’re…. um… Well, OK, I guess just cos you’re a nice monkey.

I finished my comics before the change. (YAY!) When I got off work today the dispatcher pulled me aside for a random drug screen, AKA the “Whiz Quiz”. If I’d’ve known there would be a urine test today I’d’ve studied for it.See y’all on the other side.

Bev… That’s Monkey Cola… but I’ve got chocolate banana cupcakes at the salon, and I just made some more banana pudding. I could bring you either or both….

And there’s usually ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, and banana) in the Tiki freezer… and chocolate sauce in the fridge if the Monkey didn’t drink it all.

Wherever did you find banana soup?I thought they only sold it in places like Indonesia and Turdmunkestan.

Tee-hee… I just refreshed my comics page (not this one) and got half new half old strips…Jumping the gun I guess.
