Jenny: Say, Allen... Do you like Italian food? Allen: Mm... Well, pasta gives me hives. Jenny: OK... How about some chinese? Allen: Ugh. All those hot spices send my innards into a tailspin! Jenny: How 'bout a McChicken and a shake? Allen: Are we talkin' a lactose - free shake? If so, I'm in!
I guess I’m a very mild lactose intolerant person. The only thing that upsets my stomach dairy wise is straight milk. Ice cream, yogurt, sour cream, milkshakes, malteds, cottage cheese, and kind of hard or processed cheeses don’t bother me at all.
