Time for a celebration.

Surprised it wasn’t a cabernet to go along with a petite skirt steak.

Wow…she’s not that fat!

And Dr. Atkins died of head trauma after slipping on an icy sidewalk. So? Everybody dies of something, whether ironically or not..(And second that, Raspberryice54. WW is the most un-diet-like, user-friendly program out there.) (And no, I’m not a shill. Just a happy camper.)

I’ll have a steak and a bottle of Chianti…

Back in the BC era, it might not have been that horrific a diet. But in today’s age of industrial farming and unhealthy animals living lives of unnatural diets and jam-packed conditions ankle-deep in their own waste, too much meat is definitely a bad thing.

She lives in a hunter/gatherer, cave dwelling society. She’s already on the Aitkens diet.

Considering the steak that the meat packers have in her diet, I think they should gather round and give her a roast and chew the fat.

P.S. Having been on a low carb diet, I began finding low carb vegetables. The body uses more effort to digest protein (4 cals / gram). It doesn’t mean you have to be a Neanderthal.

I went on the see food diet.

I remember that. And Aitkens has died too, has he not? Of heart disease, or have I gotten him mixed up with someone else?
