When a woman wags her tail, it’s called twerking.

I’ll take wagging tails in the funnies over wagging tongues in the White House any day.

It’s why cats and dogs don’t get along – cats purr when happy, but to a dog that sounds like a growl.

Do you believe the wagging tail or the teeth in the front??

a wagging tail might not mean happiness. Often it means excitement. Not so confusing when you look at it that way.

The tale he was telling was about wagging tails and how confusing it is to read what tale a tail is telling. That is how I read the tale he told about the tails he saw.
