A new day is dawning. Sort of.

Missed most of the day and nothing bad has happened yet.

What is Grace doing down there in the water. Is she playing splashy with someone?

I remember sleeping in till almost 9:30. Incredible. But, I can’t say it was a great day. Just, unusual. Today I woke to scurry to the bathroom at about 5 AM and couldn’t get back to sleep, so, after getting the room warm, I rose up at 5:45. I got 5 hours of sleep at night, and I’ll probably take 3 or 4 naps in the day. Ahhh, retirement can be wonderful.

Somedays, I wake up with an extreme case of the lazies.

Last night I went to bed about 8:00. I usually get about 5 hours of sleep a night but last night I got more than 9 hours. That is not always a good thing.

My usual Sundays…

Any day I get up and the neighbors are going about their normal patterns and everyone is as well as age allows is a good day. Means life is still worth the effort.

Yeah, oddly enough, I’m pretty sure that the best weekend I ever had is the one I can’t remember.

My work vehicle must have had too good a weekend. It seems to have run down its batteries and would not start this morning. Just had to have another day off I guess. And the mechanic is taking the day off too!
