Near the S.F. bay area I see a heat wave coming. Gonna jump from the 70s to the 90s for a few days. Last breath of summer. Better take advantage of it.

My first thought was that he was smoking a brisket.

It is finally cool here,mid florida.

Still have 60’s in daytime, northeast New Jersey.

Dreading the first Santa Ana wind of the season here in SoCal. Not too severe, but predicted to be in the 90s on Thursday … which is, of course, the day I mow my lawns. Oh well, sweating is supposed to be good for my pores.

Is the bird allowed to crawl inside and join John?

I enjoy the cold weather.

But only to a certain degree.

If one makes a lot of mistakes when texting in cold weather, they need to get warm…

For it is an early sign of typo-thermia.

I became a world renowned expert on cold weather.

And it only took 2 degrees to do it.

My girlfriend was texting me from a different city and said “The weather app said it would be cold today yet it’s ducking 73 out here and I’m wearing a sweater.”

I hit her with the “Geese babe, that seriously isn’t pheasant at all…”

If it gets below 80 down here, then I’ll consider it a “cold snap”…

It’s going to reach 29 degrees Celcius today (84 F) up here in Canada.

It’s October and it forecast to be 92 here today. Someone needs to tell mother nature her clock is running slow.

Isn’t it about time birdy there takes them south? I’m thinking the fire snorkel there would be unnecessary in whatever Florida they go to.

Nothing makes a home seem homier than a fire in the fireplace on a cold winter day. Or crisp Autumn day for that matter.

Oh, PUH-LEEZ. . .it’s still in the 90s here in fl, the outpost of insanity. . .

Saying it twice doesn’t make it funnier.

At the moment, as I write this, it’s 33(F). Been mid-30’s in the morning this past week. ‘Course, it’s made it to upper 70’s every day. Supposed to be cooler and rainy today…

I got the blankets out. But I haven’t needed to turn on the heater yet.

Pleasantly warm here in Mexico City, in the mid-70s F. The late-afternoon rain storm cooled things down a bit, but only down to 65° at 7:30 pm.
