depending on if the head & neck are solid, I’d drill a hole in both to put in a reinforcing pin.
a snipped off length of paper clip, say.
Anything can be fixed if you’re willing to take time and funds out of the equation.
That glue was obviously not real Super Glue. Not if it needed to be clamped.
