I once fell asleep waiting for my food to be served at a restaurant. In my defense, I had been up for close to forty hours at the time, and spent the last 12 walking all around London.
I usually take two naps a day, one in the morning and one just after lunch, then I am good for the rest of the day, of course my naps tend to be “power naps”, just 10 or 15 minutes but I need that short rest.
When husband was still working he would come home and take a nap after work. He was the director of a mental health agency and he would get that burned out during the day – more from dealing with the staff than from the clients.

I’m surprised he didn’t wait until dessert before faceplanting.

He really likes the Ranch Dressing in the bottom of the salad bowl. Blends with his white Soup Strainer ’stache.

I’ve learned to listen to my body, when it tells me I need a nap. Fortunately, working from home makes it easier to fit them in when needed.
